Nausea and vomiting are common, especially in early pregnancy!

Try small frequent meals

Separate Foods and liquids at meals

Eat dry, starchy foods (crackers) before getting out of bed.

Sip on a Coke, or chipped Ice
-
Increase vitamin B-6 intake
-
Cola Syrup (EMETROL)
If you are experiencing viral vomiting, go on a clear liquid diet including tea, Coke, Gatorade, Jell-O popsicles etc.
If you can not keep liquids down for over 24 hours, you need to call the office!
