Nausea and vomiting are common, especially in early pregnancy! 

​

  • Try small frequent meals

  • Separate Foods and liquids at meals

  • Eat dry, starchy foods (crackers) before getting out of bed.

  • Sip on a Coke, or chipped Ice

  • Increase vitamin B-6 intake

  • Cola Syrup (EMETROL)

 

If you are experiencing viral vomiting, go on a clear liquid diet including tea, Coke, Gatorade, Jell-O popsicles etc.

 

If you can not keep liquids down for over 24 hours, you need to call the office!
